WordPress header in smf

I have tried google and searching both wordpress and smf sites and i have yet to find anything other than iframes which dont work.

I am just trying to add wordpress header and footer into my smf forums and i have tried including the header or using a require statement but i cant seem to get it to work if anyone can help anything would be much appreciated Thanks
