WordPress header not displaying correctly on all browser (All content Mex up)

The website header is designed with Elementor(elementor header footer plugin), by me. If I refresh the website it looks normal again, but when you reduce your screen size(to check in mobile view) and then again check in desktop view header all header content mes up again until refresh. for reference am created a video for better understanding please check https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ug7ZSKrwX_ncyJDleSw_TsN_qabKzr8V/view?usp=sharing
