• I am unable to view the standard header that comes with wordpress or template. I tried changing page layout to “default” to make the menu visible using “header builder” but I am unable to see the menu options or site logo on the page.

  • @jbaltimore ,

It is much more difficult to check such issues on a site with caching on. Can you turn all the SitegGround optimizer off and let us know when you do?

That said, the issue is likely with ‘Elementor’ so please ask them this so they can take a look.

Cache is off. Please check again.

under customizing > transparent header > general > enable on complete website > “button to the left” showing off

This means that, while fullPage is enabled on your WordPress site, an empty page with no theme dependency will be loaded. That’s why your header or footer does not appear on your site. If you want to show your header and footer again, you just have to disable the ‘Enable Empty Page Template’ option.
