WordPress header of a chessclub

On our testsite we created a new header : https://87.236.103.60/~muiderschaakkring/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/header-chess-club.png.
On our production site wel like to create the same header. We choose the same options in the customizer. The menubar is not visible under the picture, but aside……?
Why ? a mystery ….
