    Only use stable versions of plugins

    Only use plugins you really need
    Avoid using resource-hungry plugins

    Disable WP-Cron
    Avoid plugins that cause high-CPU load
    Increase PHP Memory Limit

    I followed all steps from the tutorial, but the problem remain.

    What is the best caching plugin? WP Super or W3?
