WordPress hosting

I currently have Blue Host as my hosting account. I intend to keep my site with WordPress and would like to know if I can use WordPress as my hsoting service and how to set that up. I think that would make the sytem more seamless in terms of support. My site is https://www.caringisorganic.com.
