I am using micfo.com right now and I have to say the hosting is uneven at best. Plenty of headaches along the way though they are pretty honest and do eventually offer everything they claim. It’s just when your email keeps freezing up for days on days you just wish things would work.

This site not only offers cheap pre-configured wordpress installations but also provides support for about a dozen plugins. I have not tried them out but worth a look:
