WordPress HTTPS Getting redirect loop error

    I enabled Disable Automatic HTTPS and HTTPS Front Page and now it seems to be working properly.

    It’s strange that you were having this problem. You shouldn’t have to force your home page to HTTPS just to get it to work. I’ve had some other users reporting issues with regular HTTP pages trying to redirect to HTTPS when they’re not supposed to. I’m going to push out a new version (1.7.1) here shortly that may fix the issue. When it’s released, I’d like you to update, disable those options, and try it again and let me know if the problem persists. I can’t reproduce this problem, so I’ll need your help in tracking down what the problem is if this update doesn’t fix it.
