WordPress IDX Plugin 1.4.3 Issue

Hello,
I created a “Property Search” page on my navigation header, update to WordPress IDX 1.4.3, put WordPress IDX Quick Search in Primary SideBar. Upon navigating to website, and click Property Search tab, no IDX search info displays, nothing, But when click sidebar menu, the IDX search information populates perfectly. How do I get Property Search to work from Header tab?

By the way, I had also updated to WordPress 3.5.2. It worked before but not now. I am NOT a techy person, so explain slowly. Please assist. Thanks,
