[wordpress importer] site not importing from exported file

    Trying to move my site to a new host but, wordpress importer won’t import anything into the new installation of wordpress or it will just import pictures.

    I used the export “all content” option and exported it to a .XML file.

    i’m on windows 7 with the most recent version of WordPress, What am I doing wrong?
