WordPress in 2 languages (English – Thai)

Hi, I live in Thailand (Bangkok). I am Belgium French speaking but I can speak English! I want to start a blog (https://www.thailand-bodybuilder.info) in 2 languages (English and Thai). I know how to do it in English – It is working! But how can I do to make it bilingual??? I have Thai friends that will write articles in Thai… Thank you for your help! Michel
