• I’ve just launched a website, so followed the instructions for “Using a pre-existing subdirectory install”, as I have in the past. All has worked fine, however now my NextGen galleries aren’t showing on the front-end, and I can’t open the NextGen editing panel in the backend.

I need help ASAP please, as this site is now live with no images! Thanks

Forgot to say, I’ve tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it, to no avail.

    The site is https://www.leannepearson.com.

I’ve managed to get it to work by deleting the links generated by the ‘insert gallery to page’ button, and replacing them with shortcode – however I still can’t edit each gallery’s settings such as thumbnail width/height.

Not as urgent now I’ve managed to display them somehow though! Thanks
