You will have to contact hosting provider as this error is not WordPress related but it is server related. They will be able to solve it.

We have two issues in https://www.ssn.edu.in/apps/

1. Presently our module is running in https://www.ssn.edu.in/apps/ and we have problem in accessing few links because it says request time out and then the URL says

2. After 10 minutes it gets released and the website works but not able to access few links. Mainly admin area to take back.. But the Blog name changes once it releases.

Please make sure that your server have required PHP version and MYSQL version.

https://www.ads-software.com/about/requirements/

Also there are 2 websites on your server.

https://www.ssn.edu.in (already running fine)

https://www.ssn.edu.in/apps/ (Needs setup to be completed)

Both are different website.

For https://www.ssn.edu.in/apps/ create a new database and then complete the installation.

To install WordPress follow steps from the following link.

Please let us know if you still face problem.

Now we have moved the same database to https://admission.ssn.edu.in/apps/ and it is running fine.. Do you recommend installation again or run upgrade… Please advise. Here it is not gone public…

wordpres is need to upadate . shall i update the worpress .if I update wordpress is it affect the core files

If Update is available in WordPress then please update. Yes core files of WordPress are updated (Your theme files are not affected).

If you have done some changes in the core files of WordPress then that is consider as a bad practice and it will get overwritten when WordPress is updated.
