WordPress installed locally in Windows Server 2012 r2

    I hace recently installed locally WordPress 4.0.1 successfully. However I cannot update WordPress without adding Hostname, FTP username and FTP password. In my company IT support does not provide help regarding WordPress and now I do not know how to get these details?

    Where should I find these details? I am running windows 8, and it is a virtual server which I get access through remote desktop from my laptop.

    I’ll appreciate your help with this
