WordPress Integrity

Hi just created a site for the first time and am getting a WordPress Integrity error in Sucuri. The two files that are being flagged are wp-admin/error_log and wp-cli.yml. My site is hosted through bluehost and I am using Brizy to make the page if that helps.

I have enabled the diff utility but that doesnt seem to give any more info. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks!
