Multiple site issues

    Hello,

    Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope you can help me out!

    There are SO many different things wrong (probably more than I know of right now).

    But I will give a few examples of what’s going on.

    1. Dashboard doesn’t load/show:
    – Incoming Links
    – Plugins
    – Site Stats, etc
    And it won’t let me go to Screen Options (in top right) and make changes

    2. Appearance (Widgets option)
    – Won’t let me drag and drop widget plugins into my sidebar. Cant add or remove anything.

    3. Add new or edit a post/page and won’t let me add images/or links into the post/page.

    Everything is like frozen and broken/not functional.

    There are some other weird things going on but not sure what I have to do to fix the problem. It’s annoying and I can’t add new/fresh content or widgets to my page! Plus I can’t see my site stats, data, updates, etc.

  • Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
