• First of all, I’m far from tech savvy so I apologize if I’m using really juvenile terms to explain my situation.

When I try to download picture files to WordPress, what comes up through the system are a set of pictures from 2-3 days ago (When I first started my WordPress account). It’s as if it’s stuck in that time period because some of the pics that come up are ones that I’ve deleted from my comp and the newer ones that I HAVE recently downloaded are not coming up as options at all. I hope I’m making some sense here. I’m not sure how to remedy this. It seems like such a simple problem, but a weird one at that, and I hope there’s a simple solution.

One more thing, I’ve tried dragging the pics I’ve selected from my comp “Pictures” to the “Drop Files Here” under Upload New Media page, but that didn’t work either.

I have a Mac book Pro.

    Help! Thanks!

  • I don’t really understand what you’re asking but if you want to upload pics to WP then go dashboard, media > add new and then chose a file and upload, it will be in your library which is also under media.

That’s what I’m trying to explain. The files that I want to upload are not visible when I go though the process. I see that the files/pics are there in my computer but they’re not there when I open it up through WP. They’re all jpeg files so I don’t see why they won’t even show up. I’m at a loss right now. All the pics that I’ve recently downloaded to my comp and want to include in my media aren’t even showing up when I try to add new files. Figure that one out.
