WordPress is not sending email when customer placed their order on eCommerce

    Hi
    I need your help. Previously when customer make their orders on our site, customer will automatically received a email confirmation with their orders etc.

    However I do not know what happened recently. There are no email confirmation sent to customer at all. I even ha some plugin that will auto send email to customer when they left the cart without checkout. Previously wordpress just doesn’t send any reminder/email to customer at all.

    The entire email system is not working on wordpress.

    May i know if you have steps to re-setup the system again?

  • Please identify exactly which ecommerce plugin you are using and then post in that plugin’s dedicated forum via its page in the Plugin Repository.

    Actually it’s not hair the plugin only. I am using woocommerce follow up email plugin. But there’s no email by WordPress too.

    WordPress will auto send email after customer making their purchase on our website. But there are no such email at all.

    It’s the entire email system on WordPress. Hope you understand what I mean.

    I am using woocommerce. It’s a ecommerce store. Have you used that before?
