WordPress is not showing widget in sidebar and links in header

Hi Team,

I am trying to display a banner ad of bluehost via html code as a side widget on my blogs – https://www.techiewhizkid.com and https://www.watchitornot.com

I am able to add the html code in the text widget in the sidebar on both the blogs but when I go to the live site I can only see the widget on some pages and not all. I tried clearing my browser’s cache but to no awail. I even accessed the blogs via my android phone and I still can’t see the widget on the site.

Another problem is on my 3rd blog – https://cricketfever.org
Earlier I was showing some links on the homepage only – by running this code below inside index.php. But Now The code is still present on the index.php file but I cant see the links anymore on the homepage of CricketFever.org

I would be grateful if you could help me out with these 2 issues.
