WordPRess is NOT updated

Hi, I have a question, is it possible to force a WP to update itself to the latest version?
I have a website running version 5.5, but I need the newer one because Elementor is not active anymore, because it needs min 5.9, so the website is all down.
Of course, the owner can’t, the hosting login… So question, is there any way to force it by logging into WP at all?

Maybe some Snippets code can’t force it? Or a tip?
