    Hi there,

    I originally posted here

    about missing stats in jetpack.

    I was sent to www.ads-software.com:

    and they have sent me back to this forum.

    Since posting on www.ads-software.com, my site has been removed from my WordPress.com account. I couldn’t re-add it, so I deactivated and deleted jetpack. On reinstall, jetpack activates but then I get the following message:

    “Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.”

    Apparently my site has the same unique identifier as an internal wordpress site and they have no idea how to fix this issue.

    Can you help?

    UPDATE:

    I changed the settings in WordPress so that the URL did not have the www prefix.

    I never use www on any of my sites, so I’m unsure why it was set that way. Since I changed that I have been able to activate jetpack and it’s now back in my wordpress dashboard.

    Back to where I was, now just waiting on the stats to populate to see if they are correct…

    My stats now start from today instead of January 2020 (site has been running since Jan 2019).

    Is this correct? Does jetpack only display stats from when the plugin is enabled?

    There is no way to open a support ticket at that URL that I can see. It’s a link to search the documentation.
