WordPress Jetpack [youtube] Shortcode cannot play VR video properly in iOS

    Hello,

    So I try the [youtube] shortcode and watch vr video.
    In Android’s mobile and Google Chrome’s inspect mode with Android’s type, the shortcode can do VR view as intended.

    But in iOS’s mobile and Google Chrome’s inspect mode with iOS’s type, the shortcode didn’t do the job. It’s still display, but it’s not in VR view.

    Hi there,

    That’s not a Jetpack issue. This is an issue with embedded YouTube VR videos on iOS browsers.

    You can confirm that yourself by playing a VR video through the YouTube website on any browser made for iOS. VR videos only work in the official YouTube app.
