• Hello

I just transfered my blog from .com to .org yesterday and tried a bunch of themes but encountered this problem in all of them. After installing Jetpack and having my followers moved to .org, I thought I’d be able to see the past wordpress likes on my posts that I have imported. But, the Like button comes up as Loading. I can’t see previous likes nor can I click on the button as it is inactive.

I don’t know how to code (just wanted to make that clear). Right now, I’m using the theme D5 Creation. This is the url to my blog: https://www.steamboatfriday.com I moved here from steamboatfriday.wordpress.com

    Thanks

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Could you try to open one of your posts under Posts > All Posts, and simply hit the “Update” button? Once you have done so, open this post in a new tab, and let me know if the Like button appears.

    Thanks!

Thanks. Its working now. I do have another question though-

I had a lot of likes on my posts from when I was blogging with .com, now all those likes have disappeared! The lovely engineers over at .com transferred my followers to .org but I’m not sure why the likes didn’t transfer after the posts were imported.

Likes can’t transferred from one blog to the other at the moment, but we’re planning on improving the Likes module to solve such problems!
