WordPress Link Directory Migrating Links

I want to use the wordpress link directory:
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wordpress-link-directory/Is there anyway that I can insert all my existing links from the standard wordpress link table into the wordpress link directory, I have 100s and to do it manually would be a real pain.
