    Good Day, I have a “welcome email list” which looks like it is sending out the welcome email to users who have subscribed. However, I am not sure what the WordPress list does? I see that my welcome email is not sent out to my WordPress user list. I would like to combine these lists so that everyone that registers on my website gets the welcome email. Can this be done?

  • Hi there!

    Yes, they both can be combined – you’d need to set up your Newsletter to send to both lists.

    Once you’re editing the newsletter, go to “Send” and there, add the two lists:

    Have a nice day!

    Thank you, It seems i have a different version of this screen to yours but I’ve selected instead of the “Subscribers List” anyone who registers with WordPress as a subscriber which should now send the Welcome Newsletter to everyone who registers with my website. If this doesn’t work ill get back to you.

    Hi @johnhedouglas,

    You’re right, my colleague was referring to the Standard and Post Notification settings.

    However, the Welcome Email can’t be sent to more than one list. You’d need to duplicate it and associate each email with a different list, so you would have:

    – Welcome Email A associated with the WordPress User list;
    – Welcome Email B associated with your other list.
