• I am an admin for a site (www.dpipro.com) and was trying to log back in to our account, but regardless of the image code being correct or not the system said it was incorrect. It then locked me out after several tries and said try again tomorrow, but if the image code is faulty how will I get around this.

NOTE: I am a new user and this site was originally uploaded in 2010. I cannot find the WP files on our server to try and delete the plugin that way. IT has also disabled all of our user accounts due to this issue. I contacted our hosting site and they said they don’t have any authentication codes, or transaction keys to provide me with.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

delete theme or plugin files via FTP or in your webhosting account file manager if the hosting offers cpanel. ask your webhost to guide you where to find your cpanel + file manager.
