    Hi,

This question must have already been asked, but I am not able search the related question. Please help.

After user logs into a certain membership plan, there is a black colored WordPress bar coming at top with username and wordpress logo along with other options. Is there any way to hide it or use our own custom design to display username?

    Thanks

    Hi @plgupa

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

This is possible under the “Advanced Settings” section of Paid Memberships Pro. There is an option (“Hide the Toolbar from all users with the Subscriber role.”) that allows you to hide the WordPress Toolbar.

Please note that some other plugins may force the toolbar, such as BuddyPress etc.

I hope this helps get you started.

    WP Top login bar

Yes its also in BuddyPress Settings / Options / Toolbar

    #WP #Top #login #bar

    WP, Top, login, bar

    Hi @mohammadtipusultan,

If you still have the topbar displayed after disabling this in PMPro and or BuddyPress, you may have another plugin forcing this option, this could also be your currently active theme. Please reach out to a local WordPress developer for further assistance.

    Kind regards.
