    We’ve been running Jetpack VaultPress Backup on our page for a little over three weeks. Today, I couldn’t log in to the backend because an error message appears immediately after I enter my credentials, even before I click “Login.

    The error message reads: “An error has occurred. Website owners can check the JavaScript console for more details.”

    After the first error message, the request is processed, but then another error message appears saying that the 2FA is incorrect. However, I didn’t even get the chance to enter it. After renaming the plugin via FTP, I was able to access the page regularly again, and 2FA worked fine.

    Are there any ideas on how I can solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
