WordPress Login on New & Old Hosting

If you properly move the site following the steps at https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/moving-wordpress/ how you log in won’t change.

If the site is still under your old hosting provider (as in the domain is still directed there) then it sounds like you can’t log in because you didn’t renew your hosting plan.

Knowing the URL of the site with the problem would us provide more specific answers.

Like that error says, you’ll need to “contact your hosting provider for more information.”

Did you direct the domain name to the new hosting provider? If not, you’ll need to do that to access the site under them.

If that is the new hosting provider, contact them immediately: https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/getting-started/getting-help-from-our-support-team/
