WordPress Login pages says Authenication Required.

While trying to access my dashboard , my site says “” site.com is requesting your username and password. The site says: “Authorized Only” “” .

I have tried disabling all plugins and themes and also with htaccess file but problem is same. Besides I am using cloudflare CDN and others service (free account).

what might be the possible solutions.
