You can suffix your URL with this /wp-login.php. Is this what you mean?

Is this a website that someone else set up? If so it is possible that he or she installed a plugin that changes the login URL. If you suspect that to be the case, you can temporarily change the name of the plugins directory under wp-content, to something like xplugins, using SFTP or the file manager in your host control panel. You should then be able to log in using the usual method – if in fact a plugin is the culprit.

well i have the full file and as i can see the only plugin that might be causing this is all in one wp security and firewall…. but i am not sure….

    i also tried wp-login.php but i get a 404 page

yesterday the website was moved to another server…. and now that i have to make some changes the only page that works is the home page. so i assumed i had to update the permalinks first

so it was the security plugin! now how do i find a solution without rename the plugin folder?

I would try logging in to your WP admin, then in a separate browser window or using SFTP rename the plugins folder back to its original name. In WP admin, see if you can check the settings on the security plugin to find out the login url. If this doesn’t work you may have to rename the security plugin folder to disable it.
