WordPress Logo Appearing on Login Page Before Custom Logo Appears

I noticed lately that on the login screen the custom CMS logo and wallpaper doesn’t load immediately, and the original WordPress logo and styling appears for a second before the custom styles from White label CMS load. This did not occur previously, so I assume it’s related to an update to either WordPress or the plugin? Has anyone else had this happen?
