WordPress Menu Errors

Hi,

I am having some problems with the menu of my site. First, I created a non-clickable tab for a drop down menu, and it looks fine of the preview of my site. But when I open in another browser it looks like this.

But the weird thing is that once you click on one of the service pages, it looks correct.

On the contact page, it doesn’t even show the services tab.

Then finally, when viewing on mobile, the menu is not clickable on the home page, but when you are on another page, it works fine. I have no idea what is happening. Relatively new to wordpress, but I’m not doing anything fancy. I use the Astra theme.
