WordPress MU Domain Mapping plugin is broken

    I have been running WP Multisite for some months now with no issues but I now have separate domains I have to manage. I have installed the WordPress MU Domain Mapping plugin. I finally resolved the problems (by changng the escape ine to $dm_domain = $_SERVER[ ‘HTTP_HOST’ ];

    But now I see no domain mapping option on my network admin menu.
