WordPress MU – individual Website WT3C Settings lost / impossible

WT3C 0.9.5.1.

I use WordPress MU for 4 websites. Each website used an individual CDN & User Agent Group (for mobile version).

Since WT3C 0.9.5. the wp-admin top menu links to purge caches showed all to the network admin url instead of to the current websites urls. (Workaround: The purge cache button on the Performance Dashboard still showed to the current website url).

Now I found out, that the individual settings for the CDN and even worse for the User Agent Groups (= mobile themes) are lost.
The “Use single network configuration file for all sites.” option is still unchecked, but it has no effect. All WT3C options on the individual Websites are greyed out.

Any ideas?
