WordPress Mu Migration – Trouble with add button

Hello
I just migrated manually a site from a multisite installation (wordpress 6.2) to a single site installation (6.2).
Everything seems to work in the frontend but I have a problem in the backend. I’m administrator of the site but I can’t add an extension or a theme via the dashboard (like in the multisite installation where you have to be super administrator to do it).
I searched but I couldn’t find what to modify in the wp_options table to fix my problem.
