WordPress "MU" Settings to Point to Different Domain Names

My base WordPress 3.3.2 is installed and runs under https://mybasedomain.com/

I have another site setup in my WP and I want it to render its own domain name in the URL address bar of the browser — https://myotherdomain.com/ — rather than the base domain name where WP MU is actually installed.

How do I get WordPress show https://myotherdomain.com/ for its site?

Can this be done?
