WordPress Multisite Can't get to Child sites

    I installed Multisite and added anew site, I can’t get to the new site. I at first could not get it to load I only got a screen of:

    Index of /

    cgi-bin/
    Apache Server at utrnews.prototypeproduction.net Port 80

    I then read in the forum to redirect my subdomain to my main folder. When i do so I am redirected to this url: https://prototypeproduction.net/wp-signup.php?new=utrnews. This is the wrong URL and is not my site at all.
