WordPress Multisite: Members Plugin Role Position

Hi Members Folks,
I’m currently using Version 3.2.9 of the Members plugin on a WordPress multisite installation, and I wanted to confirm whether the “Role Position” feature is available for individual subsites in this multisite environment. Currently, the “Role Position” feature does not appear in the UI, but I just wanted to make sure there no other settings I have in place that may be causing this, or if it’s by design for a multisite.
Any feedback would be much appreciated.
