WordPress Multisite Pro Sites Sign Up Process

  • Hello to all,

    Does anyone used The Plugin Pro Sites for WP multisite?
    Do you know how to create a Sign Up form? I know it’s using the default wordpress sign up which is wp-signup.php. But what i want is to have like edublogs sign up form https://edublogs.org/signup/ and upon signing up, the user can select the theme they want to use.
    Is this possible?
