WordPress New Maintenance/Coming Soon Mode Stuck?

    Hi Everyone,

    I have been designing WordPress website for the past 5 years and have never come across the following maintenance mode screen: https://ibb.co/sytsYbS

    This is a self hosted installation.
    I’m using Elementor to build the site.
    I do not have any maintenance mode plugins installed or settings enabled.

    Works fine for logged in users. Any idea how I can disable this?
