WordPress New Page Problem

    Good morning everyone, I hope I am posting this on the right place, I am having quite a very strange problem and I am not being able to figure what is going on.

    My wordpress page is located here:

    On the menu located on right side of the page, I have created a “testpage” so you guys can see what is going on. What I did was create page and I only typed the TestPage name and thats it. When I click the link to the “testpage,” it just goes to like the main page on my HTML (with no stylesheet) website for some crazy reason. Before this started happening, I remember the new page would have a wordpress look, within the wordpress site.

    Before this happened, wordpress was my main site, but I had to move it to a blog folder because it was acting real slow so I could not afford to annoy my customers when they visited my website and it wouldn’t load. So I put my html website as main, then moved the wordpress to a folder, so that the wordpress is accessed thru a link (Blog) from my HTML site https://www.blucable.com.

    Now, I have upgraded my hosting with linux, and my wordpress is speeding, but I am having that problem, what should I do?
