Hi Jim,

I’m brand new, too. My hosting is with GoDaddy, and they have bent over backward to walk me through most of those issues by phone.

Is InMotion good with tech support by phone? Maybe they’ll walk you through some of it.

Also, I found several YouTube videos that explained this process specifically for GoDaddy hosted accounts. Maybe you can find some how-to videos re: InMotion.
