WordPress News information doesn't update: still says Billy 4.3

  • I am using WordPress 4.5.3 on eight websites. Three of them show an updated WordPress News Box but five of them are still stuck on version 4.3 news. For those five sites, this box has:

    It doesn’t seem to be our hosting server is the problem because one of the three sites that is up-to-date for the news is on the sam server as the five that aren’t up-to-date. All are using the same theme.

    The Dashboards all show that i am using WordPress 4.5.3 but because that news box is so back level on five of them, I am wondering if this means the update to WordPress 4.5.3 wasn’t fully installed on them?
