WordPress no longer loads

Once installing Book a place plugin and began to create scheme. Now my wordpress will not load at all. Called hosting and had them deactivate the plugin Book a place and everything works fine as usual. I just purchased a plugin that is not able to work with WordPress and timeouts. Hoping I get a refund for this.
