WordPress not acknowleging Parent Theme downloaded

    Having issues installing a child theme. When I upload the child theme it is incomplete and doesn’t actually upload. Says parent theme not installed, but it is.

  • what theme?
    is the parent theme’s folder name exactly as it is written in style.css of the child theme, under ‘Template:’?
