WordPress Not Publishing

    Hello all. I’ve done every bit of research I can before coming to this forum. Your input, guidance is much needed and appreciated.

    I have updated, uninstalled, reinstalled plug-ins, cleared caches, updated theme. To no avail! The site “publishes” when logged in but the updates do not go live in any environment except my local machine. What is standing in my way? Why doesn’t the public site reflect the site I have when in WP?
