WordPress not recognizing Login, password and email?

  • For some reason the Hosting CO. is sending me to the wrong Control Panel Hosting site. The site is not WordPress is where I should be directed to. I wanted to buy more time for my domain and after that I was directed to this Control Panel. There support is down because of the Coronavirus.

  • There is definitely a WordPress installation on that site.
    If you go to https://example.com/wp-admin/ (replace the example.com with your own domain name, otherwise it won’t work), you’ll see a screen to log into your WordPress dashboard.

    What you see what you visit the page that you linked to in “The page I need help with” link, is basically a “Coming Soon” page.
    Some hosting providers automatically install specific plugins with each WordPress installation – and some of them automatically install “Coming Soon” plugins.
