WordPress not recognizing paragraph breaks on homepage

My blog has teasers posted to the homepage, as well as a secondary page where the blog exists.

When I make a post, the homepage does not recognize paragraph breaks — even when I put the <p> tag in. However, the secondary page recognizes the paragraph breaks.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
