    I get the famous Error establishing a database connection error after restore.

    On the backend I get One or more database tables are unavailable. The database may need to be repaired.

    I repaired the database with allow repair option and get back every thing is ok

    Verified that I can connect to MySQL server username etc but no luck until now.

    @backupguard Hi Lisa,

    I think I opened the ticket but as you do not get an E-mail confirmation nor a ticket number I am not sure if it was succesfull or not. Also I have no way of following the ticket status which is quite frustrating when you have a not working website with webshop. Please update me if the ticket was opened and the ticketnumber so I can follow the progress.

    I have the impression that your ticketing system is not working correct at the moment. I did already tried 2 or 3 different E-mail adresses and never get anything from the ticket system Lisa @backupguard
